Regional Service Provider - benefits

Regional Service Providers who join NAMA are recognized by the Association as members who have demonstrated an acceptable level of competency and ethical standing in the industry.

The membership benefits include the following:

  1. Accreditation to an industry leading Association.
  2. Certificate of Membership leading to consumer recognition and confidence.
  3. Receive regular legal updates regarding the Community Schemes industry.
  4. Dedicated listing on the NAMA website.
  5. NAMA provides a marketing platform to service providers at a minimal cost:
    1. Exhibit and market their services at regional events.
    2. Opportunity to participate at NAMA social events e.g., golf days, cocktail events and bowls days.
    3. Attend the NAMA bi-annual conference or regional expos as exhibitors or sponsors which brings together representatives from the entire property industry.
  6. The following marketing platforms are free for NAMA service provider members:
    1. Hosting of a webinar to NAMA Members through the NAMA webinar platform.
    2. Advertise in the NAMA Newsletter.
  7. Why be a NAMA member in a specific region or regions?
    1. Focused marketing to corporate members and the public of the professional service offered and the amplification of your footprint and brand.
    2. To join the NAMA Regional Committee by being voted and elected at the Regional Annual General Meeting.
    3. Regional Service Provider members may attend all NAMA events in all the regions. However, an additional cost will be charged to exhibit if they are not registered in that specific region where the event is hosted.

Costs

  1. The Regional Service Provider is in no way involved in community scheme management.
  2. This membership option is for service providers with a regional footprint.
  3. The membership is approved according to various criteria including positive work references and the payment of membership fees.
  4. The following needs to be submitted with the membership application:
    1. CIPC Registration Certificate
    2. VAT compliance confirmation
    3. Proof of accreditation in the field of work
    4. Signed NAMA Terms and Conditions
    5. Signed NAMA MOI
  5. The membership fee is payable either monthly via NAMA Debit Order or an annual fee for the NAMA financial year from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2026.
  6. The membership fee is per region (VAT included):
    1. Monthly NAMA debit order payment = R740,00
    2. Annual fee payment = R8 820,00
