We Trade Property deal in Sales, Rentals, Developments and Property Management We offer full responsibility services of all the management affairs for sectional title schemes body corporate, share blocks and home owners associations. The nature and extent is determined by agreement an a management contract is then entered into, renewable annually. A reasonable management fee is put in place for the services we offer. In general we would be responsible for the following: Collection of monthly levies and maintaining control thereof Providing a full booking function of all funds and expenses, including monthly statements to various stakeholders such as trustees/ directors. Statutory requirements such a filing income tax reports . Providing annual budgets Maintaining statutory records such as minutes, share registers, rules etc . Drafting and dispatching notices of meetings, AGM and special meetings and attending such meetings Compiling and distributing minutes of relevant meetings Arranging insurance and insurance valuations and processing claimsIssuing levy clearance certificates Enforcement of rules and Undertaking general correspondence and attending to queries or complaints Full Human Resources and payroll function for the BC or HOA Building and common area maintenance and repairs through professional services providers optional
