Eon van der Walt is the Sole Proprietor who has been active as a Managing Agent since 2002. He graduated at UNISA with a Bachelors degree in Financial Management and also completed the Sectional Title courses presented by NAMA and Paddocks, and completed an Advanced Property Management Course through CPMD. E-Property Management has been trading since 2009. We consist of a staff compliment of 4 with Eon remaining actively involved with portfolio management. We manage residential as well as commercial sectional title buildings and HOA's from the East Rand to Randburg and Jhb.
