The Owner and Director, Mrs Judith Casey, and the Principal, Mrs Rentia de Beer, have together in excess of 45 years’ experience in Community Schemes management. The long relationship spanning in excess of 16 years that Judith Casey enjoys with the majority of the 30 complexes currently managed, speaks to the ethos of the company which is one of Integrity, Resilience, Compassion and Respect. We maintain a strong trust relationship with our clients based on transparency and encourage total Trustee involvement, offering extensive guidance and support. Spearhead Schemes Management prides itself in providing a unique service to each complex in terms of the complexes strengths and standing, and where the complex and its Trustees / Directors may need additional support and guidance. We work together with the Trustees to set up the procedures and processes that work best for the committee. Each committee is unique and will have different concerns, strengths and weaknesses and we create the processes accordingly. We take an exceptionally strong stand against collusion and self-gain and whilst we work with a panel of contractors who we have found to be reliable and honest, and who we have FICA’d and confirmed are registered companies, and are tax and labour compliant, we take pride in the fact that we gain absolutely no benefit from their appointment. We support the appointment of contractors whom the scheme may have a preference of using, we will guide and assist the Trustees to ensure that only contractors who are registered within their industry, and who are tax, labour compliant, are appointed. Spearhead Schemes Management is fully compliant in terms of the FIC Act, retains an annual tax clearance certificate from SARS, and is registered with the EAAB.
