CSMS North is Community Schemes Management Services offering professional property management to all community schemes including but not limited to Sectional Title Schemes, Home Owners Associations and Property Owners Associations. Our office is based in Sandown, a new developing suburb next to Parklands and we offer our services to schemes in the area, (Table View/Blouberg/Parklands/Sandown/Rivergate/West Beach). We also manage a couple of schemes further down on the West Coast where a building manager is placed. We have a small driven team of dynamic individuals excited to grow and offer professional services and support to Trustees.
