We currently expanding the business to serve Nationally. Our Property Management Division consists of 10 staff members, including a qualified Internal Auditor. The Portfolio Managers are a team, with the accummulative of 60 years experience and expertise to enable us to successfully manage a large portfolio of properties. We as Managing Agents understand the concerns of property owners to protect their property assets, therefore our Portfolio Managers manage your property with the utmost care and efficiency. We have an open-door policy and we are always available for assistance. Our company believes that a Portfolio Manager is allocated to a specific scheme whereby he/she will mange all aspects of that particular scheme. The accounting program used is Web based enabling our clients to peruse and scrutinize the informaton in real time.
