National Service Providers - benefits

NAMA National Service Providers are recognised by the Association as members who have demonstrated an acceptable level of competency and ethical standing in the industry.

The membership benefits include the following:

  1. Accreditation to an industry leading Association.
  2. Receive regular legal updates regarding the Community Schemes industry.
  3. Dedicated listing on the Home Page of the NAMA website.
  4. Certificate of Membership leading to consumer recognition and confidence.
  5. Only one service provider per industry category. A total of 8 memberships are available per annum.
  6. Receive regular legal updates.
  7. Be nominated through the Regional AGM as a Non-Executive Board Member.
  8. The following marketing platforms or opportunities are available and are included in the membership fee:
    1. Training events
      1. Exhibition table at regional events.
      2. Two participants to attend the event and exhibition.
      3. Logo to be used on all event documents.
      4. Lead generation information to be provided after the event.
    2. National Conference
      1. Exhibition space of 3 m x 3 m.
      2. Two participants to attend as delegates.
        Note: The marketing opportunity at the conference is separate from the NAMA
        National Service Provider’s benefits.
    3. Golf Days
      1. One standard sponsored water hole.
      2. Two participants to attend the prize-giving dinner.
    4. Bowls Days
      1. Display of marketing material at the event.
    5. NAMA Webinars
      1. Opportunity to host webinars through the NAMA webinar platform.
      2. Advertising of member’s logos on all webinar platforms, except for when the webinar is presented by a specific service provider.
      3. Lead generation information to be provided after the event.
    6. Sharing of the member’s information on the following platforms:
      1. Facebook
      2. LinkedIn
      3. Instagram
    7. NAMA Newsletter
      1. Placing of industry related articles in the monthly electronic newsletter.

Cost

  1. The National Service Provider is in no way involved in community scheme management.
  2. This membership option is for service providers with a national footprint.
  3. The annual membership fee is payable as per the NAMA Financial Year from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2026.
  4. The cost is R95 000,00 (VAT included).
