1. This membership option is for Managing Agents only.
2. The membership is approved according to various criteria including positive work references and the payment of membership fees.
3. The following needs to be submitted with the membership application:
   1. A valid Managing Agent Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) issued by the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) in the name of the company.
   2. VAT compliance confirmation.
   3. Confirmation of registration with the Council for Debt Collectors (CFDC).
   4. Confirmation of registration with the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC).
   5. Signed NAMA Terms and Conditions.
   6. Signed NAMA MOI acceptance.
   7. Signed NAMA Code of Conduct for Managing Agents.
4. The membership fee (VAT included) is payable either monthly via NAMA debit order or an annual fee for the NAMA financial year from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2026.
