To nurture the growth of the industry and meet the challenges of an ever-changing environment in which managing agents operate, it has become necessary to adequately train professionals to effectively manage community schemes.
NAMA is represented in 6 Regions (Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape, Free State, Gauteng North, and Gauteng South) with its head office in Pretoria and more than 400 members in the following categories:
Corporate Members (Managing Agents)
Regional Service Providers (Service Providers to the industry, such as Accountants, Attorneys, Plumbers, etc.)
National Service Providers (Service Providers who are represented nationally)

Sectional title living comes with unique responsibilities and a lifestyle shaped by shared ownership. This online short course will help owners, trustees, and occupiers understand their role in creating and maintaining a well-functioning scheme, protecting both property value and community wellbeing.
The industry
Sectional title ownership combines individual ownership with shared responsibility. Owners and occupiers are the body corporate, the nuts and bolts that keep a scheme thriving and protect its value.
The goal
This programme explains the responsibilities of sectional title owners and occupiers, why they exist, where they come from, and how they impact the success of a scheme. It also unpacks the vital partnership between the body corporate and the managing agent.
